We're excited to share Local to Global: Rayjon Share Care Strategic Plan 2023-2028 with you. We know, "strategic plan" doesn't sound all that fun, does it? Trust us. This document is easy to read, and we hope that you'll be inspired by our goals for the future, and how we plan to achieve them as we walk the path of social justice with our incredible Haitian & Dominican partners. 

Piera has also created a lovely little video (click the photo at left) to walk us through the Theory of Change, making it easy to understand changes we need to make to reach the future we're aiming for!
